This policy covers nyxprovider.com, the Nyx API at api.nyxprovider.com, and the console. It describes what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices you have.
Prompts and completions
Request and response content exists in memory for the duration of serving and is discarded when the stream closes. We do not store it, we do not train on it, and we do not read it. If you enable debug logging for a support case, content for the requests you select is retained for up to 72 hours and then deleted.
What we do collect
Account details you give us: name, work email, company, and password hash. Usage metadata per request: timestamp, model id, token counts, latency measurements, status code, and the API key that made the call. This metadata is what your invoice and your console charts are built from, and we keep it for 12 months.
Billing
Payments run through a payment processor. Card numbers never touch our systems; we hold only the processor's customer reference, invoice history, and the last four digits shown in the console.
The website
The site sets no advertising trackers and loads no third-party analytics. Server logs record IP address, path, and user agent for security and capacity planning, and rotate after 30 days.
Where data lives
Serving runs in United States regions. Account and billing data is stored in the United States. Dedicated deployments can pin a region by contract.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only with the processors that run the service (hosting, payments, email) under data processing agreements, and when the law requires it, in which case we notify you unless we are legally barred from doing so.
Security
Traffic is TLS end to end. API keys are stored hashed and shown once at creation. Production access is limited to the engineers who run the fleet, with hardware-key authentication.
Your choices
You can export your usage metadata from the console, rotate or revoke keys at any time, and delete your account, which removes account data within 30 days apart from invoices we must keep for tax law. Questions and requests: privacy@nyxprovider.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email account holders before the change takes effect and keep prior versions available on request.
